yesterday i helped a blind man cross the street.
today i was told i will be evicted.
tomorrow?

time doesn't exist, just now.
the past doesn't exist. just a replay of it in my head.
the future doesn't exist. just a made up movie in my head.
nothing happened in the past, it happened in the now.
nothing will happen in the future, it happens in the now.
you are a human being. not a human will be.

now i am here, being, breathing

and nothing touches me.
